Hi when I wake up in the morning I have this like greyish coat around my penis head an ichy if I don t shower right away do you think its serious . and sometimes inside my penis inches . after I shower I m all set till I wake up again . what s going on with me

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection. Avoid soaps and irritants to clean the area. You can use saline or warm water for cleaning. Using antifungal creams like clotrimazole for local application will be helpful. Clotrimazole is available as over the counter in brands like canestan.
