What Causes Greasy Loose Stools While Having IBS?

I have IBS and have had a bad summer. I will get somewhat explosive diarrhea nad often have greasy loose stools. In order to go to work I need to take a couple Imodium and pepto Bisho. This stops me up for 2-3 days and then the cycle starts all over. It doesn t appear to be diet related.
