What Causes Greater Disparity Between Systolic And Diastolic Readings After Changed To Losartan Potassium From Diovan?

68 year old woman, weigh 138 lbs. Recently changed from Diovan to Losartan Potassium 50 mg. I have noticed a greater disparity between systolic and diastolic readings. For instance, 133/56, pulse 74. does that indicate anything I should be concerned about?
