What Causes Green And Yellow Colored Stool With Pain In The Stomach?
For about two and a half days I ve been having chronic stool with a slight pain in my stomach before I do so. It started out as an green color that soon changed to an yellow mucus, I suspected it was food poisoning from some Chinese food I ate a few days ago.. I m started to grow worried and don t have the funds for medical attention, should i be concerned?

Hello,
It could be a gastroenteritis. Consult a physician and plan for a stool routine examination. In most cases it will settle by itself. If symptoms persist better to start on antibiotics. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
