What Causes Green And Yellow Phlegm While Suffering From Chronic Cough?

my symptoms started 3weeks ago with a dry non productive cough, then 2 weeks ago escalated to a greenish yellow flem and my sinuses were stuffed up severely, about a week ago everything started sounding like i had water in my left ear 4 days later my right ear started my hearing is now severely lessened what would cause all of this and will my hearing come back

Hello,

Green and yellow cough shows throat infection or pneumonia.
You require antibiotics Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid after consultation with chest physician. You may require chest X-ray and blood work up. You can use decongestant after consultation.
