What Causes Green Bowel Movement After Eating?

I am not sue if I should go to the emergency room. As I am being treated for Chron s Disease. For over the last 90 hours or so, anything I eat (small amounts of mild food) chicken soup, 1/2 grilled sandwich, pasta salad with chicken, I throw up within an hour or two and I have severe greenish to a yellowish water diarraha. Could I have some type of bacterial or viral infection? Or something else I should be tested for? Or will this probably go away by itself. I have had two blocked intestinal problems that had required surgery. But I am not having the stabbing pain in the lower intestinal area as before, just a constant ache with some burning along the intestines which I am wondering is from all the diarehha.

I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms are not suggestive of any disease like Chron's disease but this could be kind of infection and it may be bacterial or protozoa infection and in my opinion it can be treated with "Tab Doxycycline 100 mg" once in day, Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day, for four days, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
