What Causes Green Bowel Movement?

Hello there I'm a 44 yr old woman who has had this happen in the past 2 yrs 3 times. I wake up from sleeping to go pee and find out I had a loose stool bowel movement green in color. What's wrong with me? I've also had solid bowel movements while sitting at work and I have no clue I pooped my pants!! Please help !
