Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the current scenario, I would ask you have a proper clinical examination immediately. A speculum exam is needed to see where-from the discharge is issuing and also to exclude any forgotten tampon, take a cervical and vaginal swab and look for other local causes like an erosion of the cervix or polyps. Urinalysis is to be done to exclude concomitant infection. A bacterial infection can present this way and blood tests are needed to plan further management. Do not douche or use strong soap solutions to clean the genital region. You can use mild antiseptics instead. Abstain from further intercourse until you are healed well. Your sexual partner also should be examined for any infection and treated if necessary. Hope this helps.
