What Causes Green Colored Vaginal Discharge?

Hello, I wanted to discuss some concerns I have. I always wear a panty liner.. and I started to notice light green color on my panty liner for the past couple days. There s no pain, itchiness or notable odor.. Just green color on the panty liner. Is this something I need to be worried about and make a trip to see a doctor?
