My Nephew Had Otitis Media Two Weeks Ago That Was Treated With Amoxicillin....Two Days Ago Developed Green Drainage From Ear....Cultur Came Back As Pseudomonas And Now Has Small Perforation....Placed On Oral Floroquinolone And Ciprodex Otic...Is I Safe To Use An HC Drop With The Perforation?

Since the organism is pseudomonas , ciprodex is the right ear drop and i would like you to continue the same, please dont use other ear drops.Please ask him to take the medications regularly and keep the ear dry , the perforation will heal in 2-3 weeks.
