What Causes Green Mucus In Throat & Nose?

I m a 23 year old female, BMI 23.5 and have epilepsy. For the past few days I ve woken up with thick green mucus clogging my throat and nose, I ve been coughing it up a lot but it seems to be coming from my throat rather than chest. I have also lost my voice and am really cold. Is this just the common cold? I ve moved abroad and don t want to see the doctor because a) I can t speak and b) a few things might get lost in translation! Thanks in advance.

Nothing to worry. Take voice rest * 3 wks, tab coamoyclav bd , tab cetrizine od, tab pantoprazole+ domperidone od, steam inhalion bd, chlorhexidine girgle. Hope get well soon.
