General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the diarrhea and rash can be related to any viral infections. The green stools may be related to indigested food. Give him acetaminophen for fever and enterogerina to re-establish the intestinal flora. Wait for 3-5 days and if he doesn't get better visit a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
