What Causes Green Vaginal Discharge Along With Abdominal Bloating?

i have an appointment in a few weeks, but have been trying to figure out why my discharge sometimes is runny, greenish sometimes yellowish, yes there is an oder that is embarrassing, bloatation in my lower gut, bruise like feeling through my vagina and has been uncomfortable for a very long time now, it is just progressing enough for me to go and get checked. Unfortunately I am not very good at keeping commitment to a gynecologist, but I do have an appointment later in the month, is there anything I should be concerned about?

I read your question and here is my advice.
A green vaginal discharge togather with bad odour and iching maybe sign of babterial vaginosis or maybe tricomonasis.
You should do a vaginal smear to check the kind of infection you have.
The treatment is done based on smear results.
