What Causes Green Vaginal Discharge And Vaginitis?

Hello....my girlfriend has been claiming that I had sexual intercourse with another girl and says I infected her with vaginaitis...and a green discharge she says....I have told her to get tested bUT she keeps insisting dat I have infected her and that I should go and see a doctor..so does it mean that I have infected her or their could be other causes???

Green discharge is supportive feature of pseudomonas infection.
Infection could be because of anything. Either using non sterile undergarments \ sanitary napkins, or touching the genitalia with unwashed hands and also could be because of some other person.
I would suggest her to go for a 5 day course of amoxicillin antibiotics and abstain from any sexual activity with other people. She'll be alright after the complete course.
