What Causes Green Vaginal Discharge, Fever, Lower Quadrant Pain, Back Pain And Dizziness?

Over the last few weeks i have developed large amounts of green vaginal discharge accompanied with fever greater than 100 chills left lower quadrant pain lower back pain fatigue weakness and dizziness. I was checked 2 weeks ago for all std ehich wete negative...do i need emergency room?

Hi,

It may be condition like bacterial vaginosis.

As of now, you can consult a gynecologist and get a vaginal swab done to make a diagnosis. You can empirically start Metrogyl (Flagyl) also.
