What Causes Green Vaginal Discharge?

Hi, I was diagnosed with BV, which I have had before. This time I got a pull rather than gel. Three days later I git a yeast infection as I often get too. Dr can't see me for a week. Now the white chunk is greenish. could I be allergic to the antibiotics?
