What Causes Greenish Black And Swollen Tonsil With White Spots?

I have a greenish black tonsil with white spots. It is extremely swollen on my right tonsil. I ve have headaches, nausea, all over weakness, light headedness, chills, fatigue, hunger loss, and sometimes get extremely hot. I went to the doctor and they said it was not tonsillitis but some other form of bacterial virus.

The greenish black and swollen tonsils can be because of the tonsilitis superadded with fungal infection like candidiasis. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. If it is a candidiasis, you can apply topical antifungal agents like clotrimazole. Do saline gargling. I hope i have answered your query. Take care.
