What Causes Greenish Vaginal Discharge Along With Itching?

hey doc, i have a problem i got a vaginal discharge watery greenish. my vagina is very itchy.. i take before a lots of medication for treatment but still not cured. im virgin but sometimes masterbating but not putting anything inside when doing it..im desperate and very worried about this.. please advise.
