What Causes Greenish Yellow And White Discharge?

Im 16 years old. Since I was younger around 11 years old I have been experiencing a greenish-yellowish-white discharge coming from my vagina. It does have an odor. I am a virgin and have not have any sexual experience of any kind, so I doubt is an STI. I really am wondering what it is. ( I know after all this time)
