What Causes Grey Layer In The Side Walls Of Mouth?

I am female. Earlier today I got hit in the chest, across my breast area. It knocked the breath out of me. It took a long time before I felt like I was breathing normally. But I still feel discomfort in the center of my back. Is there anything other than bruising of my breasts that I should be concerned about?
