What Causes Greyish Clammy Skin And Severe Heart Palpitations?

Thankyou, my 40 year son has just experienced greyish clammy skin and severe heart pulpitations, and feeling dizzy this episode lasted for approx. half and hour. He has not experienced any pain at all or tightening of chest. Just a feeling of being unwell. He said he feels much better now, but we are still worried

It is possible that the symptoms are related to an arrhythmia (abnormality in heart rate or rhythm).

Arrhythmias would cause the symptoms described- palpiations, dizziness and clammy sensation

It would be best for him to see his doctor for an assessment which would include physical examination and an ECG which looks at different factors including the heart rate and rhythm.
