Usually, Heart Attack should not happen at your age unless you have Juvenile Diabetes, you are a heavy smoker or take cocaine.

However, sometimes very intense pain may occur during swallowing due to so-called "cardio-spasm" which is not a cardiac condition but occurs due to spasm of the oesophagus.

In young thin built persons like you a condition called Mitral Valve Prolapse may cause palpitation and chest pain. So, i you are getting hese symptoms very often get your Echocardiography done for once.

There are various innocuous causes for chest pain which usually are self limiting and need not require much worry.
