What Causes Groin Pain After Hip Resurfacing?

I have just had my left hip resurfaced 7 weeks ago ( right 2yrs ago) and in our nz HERALD NEWSPAPER today a story about the recall of the De Puy subsiduary of johnson & johnson hip replacements, i had the BHR are they the same, mine are metal on metal.I was fine but this last week some groin pain.I am 51 years young, and weigh 89 kilo's, had hip pain since i was 38 yrs old, finally got the nerve to get it sorted two years ago.
