What Causes Groin Pain And Green Color Around Ankle?

I look after this lady i have notice at the bottom of her legs around the ankle part it has pale green looking colour. It has been bandaged up but it is weeping through. She is also complaining of pain in her groin and her balanced is affected what can it be?
