What Causes Groin Pain During Cervical Cancer Treatment?

have horrible groin pain and top of leg left side im 16 months in remission for cervical cancer my doctor said its the effects of radiation i also had radical hysterectomy and lymphnode disection 2 years ago was just wondering should i go for secound opionion

The pain that you are having can be due to two reasons. First, and the more likely one is a side effect of radiation leading to infection in the urine. Second is a recurrence of the disease. I suggest you get a gynecological examination done followed by an ultrasound of the abdomen. If these are normal then take an antibiotic course and drink plenty of water.
