What Causes Groin Pain Radiating To The Vagina?

im currently getting pains in groin and somedays the pain shoots through my virgina? i have the implant could that be part of it, i have had the implant in for just over a year but i have only been getting these pains for the last couple off weeks. My mother had emiturosis or something like that, could i have this?
