Hi I have a boyfriend that has two hernia s one on the left and one on the right side of his groins his his balls are hurting very badly he is having trouble having orgasims his penius isn t getting as large as it normly would. Can you tell me what could be the problem

It could be his hernias; some inguinal hernias go down the scrotum and can cause scrotal pain. He should be operated electively.
