OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi Casey, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain in the region of the ovaries in early pregnancy can be due to ectopic pregnancy or enlarged corpus luteum.
You need to get a ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis.
Nausea and vomiting is common in early pregnancy due to hormonal changes in the body.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
