What Causes Groin, Thigh And Calf Pain With Limping And Hip Soreness?

I am experiencing pain in my right groin radiating down the side of my right thigh and calf. It is making me limp. And I have become slow moving. By the end of the day my right hip is sore. I have an implant in my 12vertebrae for several years . Could this be nerve pain from this.
