What Causes Growing Mole Like Spot On Arm?

I have noticed this spot on my left arm believing it was just a mole at first but I have noticed it changing and some pains to go with it here an there. It is not big at all by it is grey and has like an almost black center to it. Should I be concerned about this.

HI,There are several skin lesions that are very common and benign (non-cancerous).
These conditions include moles, freckles, skin tags, benign lentigines, and seborrheic keratoses.
Simple removal(excision)is adequate treatment.
