What Causes Growth Of White Hair On The Same Spot On The Head?

Hi, I'm 15 years old, and I noticed that I would sometimes grow a strand of White hair on the same spot on my head. I'm not sure if it is caused by the stress I have been having lately with school exams or sometimes I tend to go a little overboard with the hair conditioner.
What do you think is causing this??
