What Causes Growth Of White Layer On The Penis?

I was holding my foreskin back for 10 minutes to help reduce the sensitivity then I started to rub the dry penis head and I realized that a white layer was being slowly taken off while rubbing, but I stopped and recovered my penis head with my foreskin. what could this be?

Hello.
I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.
It is most probably smegma a white discharge.

Smegma is secreted by glands beneath the foreskin of the uncircumcised penis.

It lubricates the cavity between the foreskin of the penis and the glans, thus allowing smooth movement between them during intercourse.
