What Causes Gum Bleeding After Taking Pain Killer For Toothache?

hello doctor, last Saturday i had a toothache.. then i took some pain killer, however the next day it became swallowed. then on Monday it start to bleed near my tooth. the next day i meet the dentist and she gave me some antibiotics and painkiller but the swelling have increased for the last two days... is this normal?

Gum bleeding as nothing to do with pain med priscription. Blood thinner medication are the only known potential cause for bleeding gums.
