Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Well, bleeding gums and back pain does not seems to be due to common causes.
Gum bleeding is commonly due to Infection in gums causing Gingivitis or Periodontitis while back pain can be related to muscular, bony or nerve related problems..
So for bleeding gums consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
A deep Scaling and a short script of antibiotics and antiseptic mouthwash gargles can help..
For back pain get a spinal x ray done so that further management can be done..
For now take painkillers and muscle relaxants..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
