What Causes Gurgling Sound In Abdomen Along With Lower Back Pain?
about 2 hours after I eat, I get a lot of gurgling/rumbling in my stomach, I get pain on the right side, and I feel the pain in my lower back. if I take an aspirin or a gas x, it goes away. it happens everyday after breakfast, never after supper or at night or any other time. what could this be?

Hi thanks for posting on hcm after thoroughly reading your question I hav realized that you have have acidity problem. But don't worry use following tablet omeprazole 20mg at morning before breakfast for minimum 14 days with syrup metaclopromide 2 tablespoons after meal. And follow up after 14 days.
