What Causes Haematuria And Fatigue While On Medication For Parkinson S Disease?

I have Parkinson s which has not been responding to meds. Over 3 months I have had 20 lb weight loss, proteinuria, hematuria, low blood protein, orthostatic hopotension, gastritis, sensitivity to odors causing respiratory response and extreme fatigue and muscle fatigue. I just had an infected gall bladder removed but my symptoms are not improving. I have had 24 hr urine which showed protein of 20,000, normal ct scan of abd. except for gall bladder, normal kidney sonogram, fairly normal labs except for low protein. What could this be?

Hello,

Now, I was going through your lab reports, and I noted Proteinuria, hematuria, which are suggesting kidney problems (infection or other disease). Although kidney sonogram is ok (hopefully) should treat proteinuria and hematuria.

If kidneys are not functioning well, then, you'll have all these problems: weight loss, fatigue, etc.

Should run barium examination and pyelography to evaluate the function of your kidneys. Blood tests for kidney function should run together with measuring the blood electrolytes.
