What Causes Hair Fall And Weight Gain Upon Change Of Location?

I m 25yr female, and weigh 70kgs. Slightly plum in built. I have shifted to a new city last year and since then I m experiencing high hair fall rate (probably 500strands per day) since. Also, my body weight has by far increased from 63kgs to 70kgs in a span of 6 months. Even though my blood and thyroid reports are normal, still the weight gain and hair fall persist. can you suggest a solution?

hi madam, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, due to change of water causes hair fall but not gaining weight, its due to ur irregular food timing and no physical exercise... so dont need to worry, do some physical exercise everyday for 1 hour... hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
