What Causes Hair Fall Post Hysterectomy?

hi am 58 years old, I had a hysterectomy total 7 years ago, my hair is okay but starting to lightly fall out. I thought biotin 1000mcg, was good I never thought people use this for weight loss also is this safe to do, because I am on metformin 1000mg and diazide for blood pressure and water retention.

you have not clarified in your post thinning of hair is central or from all over scalp. inspite of this it seems that you have telogen effluvium. biotin 10mg tab once daily will help. also check your hemoglobin level and total protein level.
