Hi Dear ,
Welcome to HCM.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of hair growth inside mouth which could be due to incomplete hygiene, stress , hormonal changes ,
vitamin deficiency ,
food allergy and injury. They are not acctually hairs but extentions of linning of mouth . Usually it will go away by its own.
-You can take more of roughage or fibre containing foods and take raw fruits and vegetables as they provide friction and help in shedding dead cells from tongue.
-Always gargle after meals.
-In case if you take tobacco or smoke completely quit it.
-Drink plenty of water and maintain a good hydration.
I would suggest you to avoid hot and spicy food ,maintain oral hygiene ,
hydrogen peroxide gargles mix with equal amount of water. If condition persist after 5-7 days then
consult dentist for proper evaluation and to rule out other cause like lie bump or
squamous papilloma . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
