What Causes Hair Loss Along With Body Chills And Weight Loss?

What causes hair loss, chills, weight loss, and intense itching of the skin? I have oily skin on my face, but even my face and scalp itches as much as my hands and hips. I do not have dandruff, but I have scaling round and ovate lesions on my forehead and extremities.
