What Causes Hair Root Pain?

When I move my hair from side to side my hair roots hurts. I ve never had this problem it just accured out of nowhere. I would like to know if their is any answer for this cause and if I should take some kind of blood test and if so what should I look for?

You have hair root pain that may be because of too much tighting of hair by hairband.That cause sensitive scalp and pain at hair root are .
Excessive streching and too much tighting of hair cause pain at hair root area.

Fungal infection may cause hair root pain.
Ringworm infection is most common at hair root.

In seborrhea may cause itching at scalp region and some rash at scalp area.

Folliculitis means infection of hair follicle may cause scalp pain .
Consent a dermatologist for diagnosis.
