the symptoms you are describing can be due to different causes, to figure out what exactly is happening to you I need more detailed history and physical examination.
but this can be due to different causes including some autoimmune,
hormonal imbalance, infectious causes and even malignancy. I don't want to say all these names as this would just make you more anxious until we are sure whats going on. you can get few tests done including your
Full blood count, renal function tests including electrolytes,
thyroid function tests,
ultrasound abdomen, 24 hour urinary catecholamines followed high dose
dexamethasone suppression test to figure out the cause.
the most likely it can be due to a syndrome involving adrenal gland leading to hormonal imbalance. however after confirming diagnosis your treatment plan can be made. apart from that you are already diagnosed with
hypothyroidism few of your symptoms are explainable with hypothyroidism but after getting the right treatment I believe this can be fixed.
