What Causes Hallucinations After Taking Trileptal?

I have a husband that has a brain injury. he has been prescribed Trileptal and im concerned about the medicine dropping his sodium level as due to the brain injury he will not be able to tell me if he is feeling bad, tired or if he is having hallucinations

Trileptal is a anti epilepsy drug which can dangerously reduce sodium level in tha body that can cause life threatening electrolyte imbalance. if you husband have headache, problem with thinking of memory, weakness, confusion or hallucination then call his doctor right away
