What Causes Hallucinations, Nausea, Headache And Mood Swings After Taking Methamphetamine?

hello, i have bought of what o thought was MDMA(molly) but i think it was Crystal meth, i had hallucinations, the biggest headache i have ever had( i wanted to kill myself because of the pain) i wanted to be alone, i had nausea, i vomited once, i talked to myself, had MANY mood swings, ans when i was standing up my headaces were not as bad as when i was sitting down, also one time i was touching my body ex; arm and leg.. and i could feel electric shocks... what caused all of this?! ..
