my daughter age 14 had her injections on tuesday at school testus dip and mengtis and yesterday her hand hasswallen up bug time and purple knuckes are stiff and the hand is cold and still the same today been to gp threes times already and they have said rest

The symptoms are consistent with thrombophlebitis. As a first line management you can apply over the counter available heparin preparation like thrombophobe ointment for symptomatic relief. Keeping the affected hand slightly elevated can help to reduce edema. If there is signs of infection, antibiotics must be started.
