What Causes Hand Swelling With Finger Discoloration?

My hands are swelling. my fingers are turning purple. it feels like blood is rushing into them. no other places of my body are swollen but I wasnt bitten by an insect and this happend twice over the last couple of days. I am 18 but also very overweight. What could this be
