What Causes Hand Tremors After Taking Paxil Pill?

my wife take Paxil and is normally ok. I know from the past that if she quits taking it thinks get very bad fast. almost to the point of suicide. she has been taking her paxil normally but she is having the same side effects as if she quit. her hand shake, she mind wonders, she has nightmares, and now is talking suicide. I don t understand why she should be having these problems unless the pills are bad or fake.
