Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Of course levothyroxine 75mg is the main cause of these side effects which are many like increased appetite with weight loss, tremors, heat sensitivity, hyperactivity, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, menstrual irregularities, vomiting, and these are only minor side effects.

It also have some serious side effects like heart attack (chest pain, shortness of breath, discomfort in your upper body) also heart failure (very fast heart rate with irregular rhythm, swelling of legs, congested neck veins). Anyway ask your physician to decrease your dose or give you an alternative with less side effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ahmed Aly
