What Causes Hand Tremors In The Mornings?

Hi Every once in a while in the mornings I notice my hands shake. Tonight a freind called and said something bother her, she asked me why my head was shaking. My brother metioned a long time ago my head was shaking and I have not had anyone mention this again till today. Is it something I should see a doctor about??Thanks

Tremors are usually caused by Neurodegerative disorders , Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic brain injuries and Stroke etc.. Use of certain drugs like Amphetamines , Corticosteroids , Alcohol abuse or withdrawal,
certain poisonings, Overactive Thyroid and liver failure..Some forms of Tremors run in Families and others have no known cause.

The appropriate treatment of tremors depends on accurate diagnosis of Cause ..

Avoiding triggers such as Caffeine and other stimulants helps to control. .

Physical therapy
Surgical intervention like Thalamotomy and Deep brain Stimulation can help ease certain kinds of tremors
