Hi. I have hypothyroidism and take Levothyroxin. Lately, my left hand primarily but my occasionally, my right one also trembles. In the last few months I ve experienced excessive hair loss, and my skin itches from the top of my head all the way to my toes. The itching occurs most of the time once I get in bed, and it often keeps me awake. I ve also lost 20 pounds in the last three months, intentionally, by cutting in half what I eat, but I ve always had a tough time losing weight so this is a bit unusual. Is it possible my thyroid medicine is causing these symptoms? I also take spironolactin and finesteride to help with my hair loss. I take two lowest dose HRTs and fluoxetine for depression.
